My yoga classes consist of pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures), vinyasa flow, yin yoga poses, meditation and deep relaxation. Each class is designed to the level and the needs of the students.

Yoga for 65+ is a class specifically designed for the healing of chronic pain and stiff joints/spine. It helps the body to regain the flexibility and mobility while reducing the chronic pain in the body. It focuses on the posture, spine, knees and hip joints. Helps to improve the quality of life.
