Yoga Classes

My yoga classes consist of pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures), vinyasa flow, yin yoga poses, meditation and deep relaxation. Each class is designed to the level and the needs of the students.

I believe yoga is for everyone and the countless and miraculous techniques of yoga can change everybody's life.  

 

Mixed Level classes (open to beginners) and Intermediate Classes are offered in Hande Lulu Yoga Studio (next to Lewisham train station), The Sail Loft at Greenwich and Mary's living and giving store for Save the Children at Blackheath.

 

 

 

 
 
 
 

 

Yoga for 65+

Yoga for 65+ is a class specifically designed for the healing of chronic pain and stiff joints/spine. It helps the body to regain the flexibility and mobility while reducing the chronic pain in the body. It focuses on the posture, spine, knees and hip joints. Helps to improve the quality of life.

 

Meditation 

There are countless benefits of meditation that are scientifically proven. This class offers the basic and intermediate techniques for meditation which helps to make meditation a part of your life. 

Private Classes

Private 1:1 and small group classes for Mixed Level Yoga, Intermediate Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Yin Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga, Mumy and Baby Yoga, Yoga for 65+, Pranayama (Breathing techniques) and Meditation classes can be booked at Hande Lulu Yoga Studio in Lewisham. Please call for details.
